On February 1, we started the
exchange by picking up the Dutch students at the train station. The next day,
we showed them around our school and then headed to the city centre. We worked
on our presentations about the differences between the Czech Republic and the
Netherlands.Creative activities such as Cooking, Pottery, Art and PE were also
part of the program. On the last day, we all had lunch together at a restaurant
near our school.
About a month later, we flew to
the Netherlands. On the first full day, they showed us their school, and in the
afternoon we went sightseeing. We visited several museums, all of which were
very interesting. We also spent time at the beach, which was beautiful. On the
last day, we presented our projects and enjoyed a pancake lunch together.
For me, it was a wonderful experience, and I think it helped me speak more confidently.
