Day 1 - The Journey
We left Prague late at night and travelled by bus
through Germany, Belgium and France.
Day 2 - Hastings
In the morning, we arrived in the beautiful town of
Hastings. We played a game to get to know the town by searching for locations
marked on a map. In the evening, we met our host families and had diner.
Day 3 - Pevensey Castle and Beachy Head
After breakfast, we went to school for the first time.
After school, we visited Pevensey Castle. Next, we went to Beachy Head, which
was really beautiful. In the evening, we returned to our host families.
Day 4 - Brighton
After breakfast, we went to school again and spent the
afternoon in Brighton. We started with a visit to the beautiful aquarium, where
we saw a lovely turtle. Afterwards, we took a walk along the beach. We also saw
the Royal Pavilion, which was built in an Indian-inspired style. Then, we
returned to our host families.
Day 5 - Leeds Castle
After breakfast, we attended our final class at
school. Next, we visited a beautiful castle called Leeds Castle. Afterwards, we
headed straight for the maze. We strolled through the gardens and had the
chance to visit the Dog Collar Museum.
Day 6 - London
After breakfast, we took a boat to the Tower of
London. We saw the Crown Jewels, the government district, Trafalgar Square and
Piccadilly Circus. Then, we stopped at Leicester Square, where we had some free
time. We also visited Chinatown! In the evening, we said goodbye to this
beautiful city, made our way to the bus and set off on our journey back to
Prague.
